Skills : 
Understanding business challenges & problems and to propose an appropriate solution to address that
Analyze data and customer transactions and to provide recommendations to make right decisions
Submitting suggestions to improve the quality of the database and the efficiency of processes and operations
Working with Customer Service and other stakeholders to improve the quality of the data
