Designation : Specialist Valuation Review

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MBA/MCA

Location : Bangalore

Salary : As per the Industry

Experience : Freshers

Skills : 
Review, reconcile and assign market values to the assets.
Detailed review of default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO) covering all residential property type.
Perform extensive analysis & market research for appropriate comparables and make adjustments to arrive at an accurate value for the property
Assess performance of certified / licensed appraisers and brokers.
Communicate with the vendors wherever required.
Handle all rebuttals with respect to default appraisals, BPOs from clients.
Follow-up with appraisers and brokers for undelivered or late orders.
Inform management of appraisal and BPO quality trends.
Proactively suggest process improvements.
Ready to work in shifts.
Perform quality control of default appraisals and BPO
