The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Human Resources from institutes/universities of repute
Should have the ability to work in all the MS-office package and should have good data entry skills
Should possess good communication skills and verbal ability
Should be able to build strong, sustaineble relationship with stakeholders, operating across a variety of countries/locations
Should have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, build credibility quickly and work in a fast paced, dynamic matrix environment with challenges
