Job Description :
1. Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.
2. Credit appraisal for CD and PLCS products.
3. Conduct PD with the customers for high ticket loans.
4. Review the CPV reports on regular basis for improving quality.
5. Assist collection / FCU team to identify intentional defaulters/fraud
6. Compliance of policy and process.
7. Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format.
8. Monitor & Maintain Early Delinquencies.
9. Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.

MBA / PGDM / MMS (Finance),
PG Diploma (Financial Management)-2013
