Job Description :
1. Manage FOS– recruit, train and motivate the team
2. Manage channel relationships
3. Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
4. Manage the sales process
5. Ensure process rigor and controllership
6. Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners – TTC
7. Manage the FOS productivity
8. Reconciliation of dealer payments
9. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
10. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
11. Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
12. A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.

Designation : Assistant Manager - Sales & Lifestyle Finance

Qualification :
MBA / PGDM / MMS (Marketing)
PG Diploma (Marketing Management)

Location : Bengaluru / Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Pune, Ludhiana

Salary : Rupees 2,75,000 - 3,00,000
