Job Description

Designation : Associate Software Engineer

Qualification :  Bachelor's  Degree in Computer Science (4 years) or Master's Degree in Computer Science

Location : Hyderabad

Salary : As per the Industry

Skills :  Excellent communication skills

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience :



1. Bachelor's  Degree in Computer Science
2.  0 to 2.5 years of programming experience
3. Exposure to C# , VB.Net , .NET 2.0 AND  ASP .NET 2.0+, XML Web services, AJAX.
4.  Exposure to designing frameworks  using GOF design patterns.
5. Exposure to database design skills using Oracle, SQL Server .
6. Good communication skills, experience with working in virtual teams.
7. Desirable to have knowledge on ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, REST.
8. Able to join immediately.
9. Consistent approach in troubleshooting and good problem solving skills
10. Customer focused
11 Skills in communication across technical and business  boundaries
12. Good understanding of at least one Project Management methodology
13. The correct attitude to software development. Someone that understands:
• That maintenance is a natural part of the development process.
• The importance of QA & testing in the development process.
• The importance of producing quality documentation.
• That technical support is a collaborative team based process.
• The priority of technology is to deliver real business value. Sometimes the ultimate technical solution is not the best business solution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
