
Job Description :
Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should be capable of hiring candidates without job-portals.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job portals and networking channels
Screening and Short-listing candidates as per given job descriptions
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience on hiring for all levels of candidates.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Must have good salary negotiation & closing skills.
Minimum of 0.6 to 2 year experience in the Non IT Staffing/Consulting ,recruiting industry
