Job Description
- Assist in developing marketing collaterals like newsletters, product brochures, communication materials etc.
- Assist in print, web, radio and all other forms of advertising for FY 12 for Climate India.
- Assist with branding and organization for various events & exhibitions we participate in – like ACREX etc.
- Coordination with various agencies involved in managing campaigns – advertising, social media, web agency, event management, media houses etc
- Support in managing annual budget sheets and all supporting materials including vendor invoices and internal coordination
- Assist in preparation of launch materials for The Emerson Cup 2012
- Coordinate with VIP guests, hotels, agencies and all other parties involved for off-site meetings, discussion boards, etc
- Support promotional activities for gathering nominations for Emerson Cup – like communication collaterals, manage tele-callers, presentations, events etc.
- Supporting Emerson Cup Award functions – Coordination of winners, judges, VIP guest’s travel and stay
- Assist in organizing Emerson Cup awards function, including coordinating invites, venue branding, trophies, give-aways, creatives, artists, cheques etc
